A credit will be issued if the customer fails to appear for the scheduled appointment.
A “No Show” is defined as the customer not being present at the agreed-upon time and location without prior notice or rescheduling.
A credit will also be issued if the customer refuses the inspection upon the inspector’s arrival.
This includes any situation in which the customer denies access to the property or declines inspection services once the inspector is on site.
Credits will not be issued if the inspection is completed and no damage is found.
The determination of damage is an opinion based on the inspector’s expertise and cannot be precisely defined. However, a storm date will be provided for each property inspected.
Credits will not be issued if the appointment occurs outside the initially scheduled time window provided in the confirmation email.
We strongly encourage all parties to adhere to the scheduled appointment time. However, circumstances may require adjustments. You are welcome to contact the homeowner and reschedule if needed, understanding that this may risk forfeiting the appointment.
